The Snyder Center PMP® Exam Study Group is a structured, mentor-supported program for candidates who have completed the required PMP® education and are preparing to take the certification exam.

Through a series of collaborative virtual sessions, participants work with qualified PMP® credential holders and fellow candidates to reinforce their understanding of the exam material, discuss challenging concepts, learn how the exam is administered, evaluate study resources, and create a comprehensive preparation plan.

The program provides the structure, accountability, and peer support candidates often need to move from course completion to exam day. Participants should be prepared to maintain a consistent independent study schedule and plan to take the PMP® exam within 30 days after completing the group. Study group participation does not count toward the PMP® education requirement.

The Snyder Center CAPM® Exam Study Group is a collaborative exam-preparation program for candidates who have completed their required education and are preparing to pursue CAPM® certification.

Participants work with experienced facilitators, CAPM® and PMP® credential holders, and other candidates to improve their understanding of the material, simplify complex concepts, learn how the exam is administered, identify useful study resources, and establish a comprehensive preparation plan.

The program combines structured meetings, peer discussion, mutual encouragement, and independent study to help candidates remain focused and build confidence before exam day. Participants are expected to commit to the study group schedule, contribute to the learning environment, and schedule their CAPM® exam within 30 days after completing the program. Study group participation does not count toward CAPM® education requirements.

The PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® certification is designed for professionals who want to strengthen their agile skills and advance their careers in modern project delivery. It demonstrates the ability to apply agile principles and approaches, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and hybrid methods, in real-world environments.

To earn the certification, candidates must meet PMI® eligibility requirements and pass an exam focused on practical agile scenarios. The PMI-ACP® reflects the skills needed to help teams adapt to change, collaborate effectively, and deliver value in fast-moving environments.

The PMI-PMOCP™ 30/60 Follow-Up Program extends the course experience through two structured post-course sessions held approximately 30 and 60 days after instruction concludes.

These sessions give participants an opportunity to reconnect with the instructor and their cohort, ask questions, reinforce key PMO concepts, discuss how the material applies within their organizations, and address challenges that arise as they continue preparing for the certification exam.

The program is designed to help participants maintain momentum, strengthen their understanding, and translate what they learned into practical action. Rather than functioning as a traditional study group, the 30/60 sessions provide focused follow-up support, continued access to practitioner insight, and accountability beyond the classroom.

The PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP)® certification is designed for professionals who identify, assess, manage, and communicate project risk. It demonstrates specialized expertise in managing uncertainty, strengthening decision-making, protecting project objectives, and improving project performance.

To earn the certification, candidates must meet PMI® eligibility requirements and pass an exam covering risk strategy and planning, identification, analysis, response, monitoring, and closure. The PMI-RMP® reflects the real-world skills needed to manage threats and opportunities, support governance, and help organizations protect and realize value from their project investments.

The PMI Certified Professional in Managing AI (PMI-CPMAI)™ certification is designed for professionals who manage, support, influence, or contribute to artificial intelligence initiatives. It demonstrates your ability to turn AI ideas into structured, achievable projects that deliver measurable business value.

Created by PMI®, the certification provides project managers, technologists, data professionals, consultants, and other leaders with a practical, tool-agnostic approach to aligning AI initiatives with business needs, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing data and development activities, and supporting responsible AI delivery.

No prior experience is required. Candidates complete the exam-preparation course and pass a 120-question exam within 160 minutes. The exam covers the CPMAI methodology, including business alignment, data management, AI development and evaluation, governance and ethics, and the ongoing improvement of operational AI solutions.
