PMI PMO Certified Professional (PMI-PMOCP)™
The PMI PMO Certified Professional (PMI-PMOCP)™ certification is a valuable next step for professionals who work in, support, lead, or influence Project Management Offices. Earning the PMI-PMOCP™ shows that you understand how PMOs create value, support governance, strengthen delivery practices, and connect project work to organizational strategy.
The PMI-PMOCP™ recognizes candidates who understand the role of the PMO in driving alignment, performance, decision-making, and measurable business outcomes. PMI®, the world’s leading authority on project management, created the PMI-PMOCP™ to acknowledge professionals who help PMOs move beyond reporting and administration to become strategic partners in organizational success.
To obtain this certification, you must meet specific eligibility requirements and pass a comprehensive exam focused on PMO principles, practices, and real-world application. The PMI-PMOCP™ exam is designed to reflect the challenges PMO professionals face as they support governance, enable delivery, improve performance, and help organizations realize value from their project investments.
