Leigh Ann Gunther brings more than 20 years of experience in project leadership, Agile delivery, and strategic transformation. She has built her career leading cross-functional teams, delivering enterprise solutions, and driving continuous improvement across both corporate and not-for-profit environments. In her current role at Comcast, Leigh Ann serves as a Senior Technical Project Manager in the Billing and Payments Domain, where she leads Agile transformation efforts and manages complex portfolios that impact millions of customers.
As Chief Operations and Strategy Officer of the Snyder Center for Project Excellence, she oversees both operational strategy and educational innovation, helping shape a nonprofit learning hub that supports professionals at every stage of their journey.
Her path into project management began after a career pivot from academia, where she studied philosophy and history. In the wake of the 2008 economic downturn, Leigh Ann sought a new foundation and discovered that project management was not just a discipline but a mindset rooted in continuous learning, collaboration, and adaptability. She has since dedicated her work to helping others make similar transitions with purpose and confidence.
Under her leadership, the Snyder Center has launched mission-aligned programming focused on project mastery, digital innovation, and strategic leadership. Leigh Ann has played a central role in designing pathways that integrate technical excellence with human-centered growth.
She holds certifications including PMP®, PMI-ACP®, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Professional, and Certified Agile Leader. Leigh Ann also serves as a mentor, instructor, and speaker, known for combining systems thinking with practical insight. Her work empowers individuals and teams to find clarity in complexity, navigate change, and lead with intention.
Leigh Ann holds a Master of Science in Business Information Technology from Drexel University, a Master of Arts in Modern European History from Villanova University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Moravian University, where she was awarded a Fulbright Fellowship for postgraduate study in Germany.
