  • To be eligible for the CAPM® exam, you need a secondary diploma and 23 hours of project management education. These requirements ensure candidates have the necessary knowledge and experience.

  • There is no prior professional experience required to take the CAPM® exam.

  • Yes. Your registration includes a dedicated CAPM® Exam Prep course taught by a PMI® Authorized Training Partner. The course follows the CAPM® exam content outline, reinforces key project management concepts, and provides practice questions and study tips. You will also have the option to join a study group to stay on track and increase your confidence before exam day.

  • The course fee covers your live instruction, course materials, and learning support. The CAPM® exam fee is paid directly to PMI® when you apply to take the exam, or with a qualifying exam voucher provided to you from the Snyder Center. We will walk you through how to apply and point you to PMI’s current model and policies.

  • Yes. This course provides the required project management education hours you need for the CAPM® application. You will receive documentation you can use when you submit your application to PMI®.

  • This is an instructor led course with live sessions that encourage questions, discussion, and practice. Sessions are held online so you can join from anywhere, as long as you have a stable internet connection and a quiet place to participate.

  • You will receive access to PMI® Authorized Training Partner materials that align with the CAPM® exam content outline. This may include a student manual, practice questions, and study tools. Details about specific materials are listed on the course registration page.

  • Plan to set aside regular study time between sessions and after the course ends. Many students find that a few hours each week to review notes, complete practice questions, and revisit key concepts helps them feel ready and confident before they schedule the exam. Students have reported taking three to six months after completion of the course to study for the exam.

  • We understand that life happens. If you miss a session, we will work with you on available options. In most cases, this includes joining a future offering to make up the missed content, in line with our current policies.
