Jim Snyder believed project management education belongs in real life, not just in a textbook. He treated learning as a skill you practice, a community you build, and a responsibility you share. That mindset shaped PMI in its earliest days, and it still matters because the work has changed. The pace is faster. The expectations are higher. The tools evolve constantly. The human part of the job still requires patience, courage, and clarity.

So we are building a place that helps project professionals meet that reality with confidence and direction.

Who we are

We are an education and development hub within PMI Delaware Valley. We deliver training, coaching, and learning experiences that help people lead projects, lead teams, and lead change.

We anchor to PMI standards, and we also make space for modern practice, including Agile leadership, AI informed project work, and real world delivery in complex environments.

Our goal is simple. Help you find your pathway, then help you walk it.

Why we are doing this now
