I help organizations improve how work gets done by combining Agile delivery, practical AI, and organizational change.

Throughout my career as an Agile coach and delivery leader—including work with Agile Infusion across telecommunications, healthcare, and insurance—I have helped teams become more adaptive, collaborative, and focused on meaningful outcomes. I have also seen talented people lose valuable time to status reports, meeting notes, and project administration that create activity without creating value.

AI offers a powerful opportunity to change that. But like Agile, it delivers lasting results only when adoption is treated as a change in how people work—not simply as a technology initiative. Today, as an independent consultant, I help organizations apply Agile principles and AI to streamline delivery, reduce administrative work, improve collaboration, and build new capabilities responsibly.

I am also pursuing my second master’s degree in Organizational Dynamics at the University of Pennsylvania, where I study how organizations adopt—and resist—change.

Outside of work and school, you’ll usually find me cheering for the Eagles or trying a new restaurant or coffee shop around the Philadelphia area.
