Claudia M. Baca brings decades of executive leadership, consulting, and project delivery experience across telecommunications, utilities, healthcare, construction, oil and gas, finance, and technology. As CEO of Claudia M. Baca Project Management Consulting Services, she helps organizations assess, launch, and improve Project Management Offices and align project management practices with business outcomes.

Her clients have included Verizon Wireless, BC Hydro, Procter & Gamble, Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation, and Portland General Electric, as well as healthcare and government organizations. Verizon Wireless and BC Hydro received PMO of the Year awards following transformation work completed under her leadership.

Claudia was the first person worldwide to become a PMI Certified OPM3® Assessor and Consultant and has trained the majority of certified OPM3 assessors worldwide. A Project Management Professional and international speaker, she has presented at PMI Global Congresses, PMO Symposiums, and leadership forums across North America, Europe, South America, Africa, and the Middle East.

A published author and contributing expert in project management, organizational change, and PMO strategy, Claudia has delivered more than 250 courses and trained over 6,000 participants. She connects executive strategy with practical implementation, bringing lessons from real-world project and program management into the classroom.
